About the Company Behind Bricks Creative Group, LLC was founded to close the gap between business results and workforce performance. The company's founder, Bob Daumer, is a tenured performance specialist who noticed business goals were not being achieved to their full potential because workforces and project teams were not optimized. Bob also noticed that technologies available today afford workforces a tremendous resource, yet are never used to their full potential. Bob focuses the solutions of Behind Bricks triadicly, ensuring business strategy, workforce performance, and technology are in harmony. About the Owner Bob has over 10 years of experience advancing workforce performance in niche industries including automotive, manufacturing, aerospace/defense, telecommunications, hospitality/leisure, contact center, and insurance. Bob received his BA in Corporate Media from Ball State University in 1995 and later earned his MS in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. Bob has extensively studied the best practices of adult behavioral psychology and roots his solutions in these foundations. Bob is also a fan of the arts, philanthropy, and charitable organizations, as well as a supporter of equal rights for all. He enjoys being a mentor in his community for those in need of guidance and a confidant. |
